ALchemist is one of the more complicated spellcasters due to the want to cycle through the different alchemist reaction stances.

Dragonborn Paladin

First Life, straight forward solo friendly DPS paladin. Of note: I included Vistani Knife Fighter for the use of the Haste boost, but if you don't have access to it, 5 points in sacred defender (+2 CON or CHA) and the 5th core for +10% sacred HP, 3 points in knight of the Chalice melee power action boost if you wont have a different action boost, and the last 4 AP in either the Holy and Adept combatant in KotC, or in the first 3 Dragonborn cores for +2 fort and +1 STR.

Dwarven Dark Hunter

First Life Dwarf Dark Hunter. Realistically, by the time you reach level 20 you will have earned at least (1) +2 stat tome from favor, but I left all tomes off. This build uses the Horizon Walker enhancement tree, but if you dont have that you can use harper agent for the INT trance instead, or completely forgo a trance. We use tempest for the primary tree, which gives us a +1 competence bonus to crit multiplier. I always found I was too tight on AP to take a +1 crit multiplier AND the DEX trance from horizon walker, but with the recent changes to Dwarf having a crit multiplier in their racial tree for warhammers (or dwarven axes/Heavy Picks), I figured this could be a fun alternative. The alternative is to take the 18 AP in dwarf, and 5 AP in dark hunter to put 24 AP in Deepwood stalker for 3 ranks in killer, and 1 in the core 4 for the crit multiplier. Going dwarf instead locks you into warhammers (or dwarven waraxes, but hammers have a better crit profile with knights training and are more plentiful), but also offers a +5% quality HP bonus (the alternative is trying to get that from falconry, which isn't freely available to new players, and we are too tight on AP anyways).

Morning Lord - Law Cleric - Arcane Trickster

Could also go Chaos domain instead, but some monsters like Slaad take no damage from chaos, thus the advantage of Order's Wrath. I know some people prefer getting the Holy Smite SLA, but there's no cleric domain that gets an additional Holy Smite SLA, just Chaos and Law. The advantage of playing Morning Lord means you skip over the early levels where you don't have Magical Ambush.

The Sacred Staff

This is a leveling build I've used for several racial and epic lives. It's designed to be a speedy melee with excellent AoE clearing while being relatively self-sufficient. Between Dragon Lord's Roar and up to three Cleave attacks (WWA, Exalted Whirlwind from Sacred Fist, and then Quick Cutter in epics), you can clear most mob packs with ease. Boss/single-target DPS is lower, but still acceptable. As I do not play this build at cap, the gear is for 20-30. I find this gearset works very well as a general setup for STR-based melees. Swap out the armor and weapon depending on your needs. For heroics, I run 8-piece Feywild + whatever else at level 5, swap to Silent Avenger + Adherent of the Mists at 10, then PotF + Mists at 15 along with random pieces like Bronze Dragonscale Belt, Crown of Butterflies, and Flameguard Lenses. You can run this build without tomes, but you'll need to make stat adjustments so you can take Dodge/Mobility at level 1. Discipline is for extra MRR/PRR through GMoF, but it's not needed and is the feat to drop if you run this build for races other than Human.

Tanky Bard Support & Healer

32pt

I've been playing at endgame with an undergeared variation of this and been happy with it for what it is. It's a first-life build designed for healing and light tanking in LH raids, and it's done the job. I've solo healed most modern raids on that difficulty with a good party composition, and have solo tanked some older raids like Skellies, Chrono, and Dryad. Fully geared and with bard buffs, you can expect something like 5-5,500 HP, 350ish PRR, 220ish MRR, and 450 Fortification depending on tomes, past lives and Reaper Points. Healing is passable at ~800 Positive spellpower, 69 crit chance, 55 crit multiplier, but not stellar. For reaper questing, I would recommend playing as a healer rather than a tank unless you have another healer in the group. Just be realistic with your capabilities. If you want to focus more on healing and less on tanking, I would follow Lominal's bard healer build for ED allocation, as that works quite well while still being robust enough to take some hits.

This is a build that is here only to showcase how the site can currently show the build. This will change and or be deleted in the future, but is just here as the site is new and I want to have a build that utilizes every feature. this is based on a real build, but has some modifications that make it not a real build, so don't go off of it in the game. when importing a DDOBuild file, it will show you the way you are supposed to use all the features, so that the site knows what is supposed to be an item / spell / enhancement. so feel free to try it out just to see :)
