Glacialist

28pt

20

This is a first life build requiring only old packs (Sharn, Saltmarsh, Feywild, and Isle of Dread). It is designed to be able to raid on normal/hard, do r1 content solo and r6 with a team. I recommend it to new players to keep at cap while TR'ing their main, so they always have something decent to play or use to farm with. I also use it on alt accounts to farm with. The goggles are the only piece that would take time to farm. You can use the legendary version as an easy swap while working on the nebula fragment. For heroic levelling, you can go blightcaster first, then use your free heart of wood to change back to normal cold druid at 20 for an even easier experience. Advantages for new players and alt accounts: Cold spells are one of the easiest to filigree, and druid allows you to bypass cold spell resistance for enemies. Druid also gets great movement (snowslide), and when playing this I am constantly shifting to Winter Wolf for the movement (snowslide/epic destiny wings), then back to water elemental form to nuke. Glacial blast gives a decent CC that also does some AOE. Ruin and Greater Ruin are excellent nukes, especially with the added cold damage from the epic destiny. The Half-Elf racial scales without a max caster level and continues to zap people for a good 90 seconds randomly around you for ridiculous damage that also procs your mantle bonus. I think it's a great starting build. Alternatively, you could run this as an Aasimar instead for another fast heal option in the racials. There are much better gearsets you can work towards if you have access to later packs, so there is room to expand if you decide you like the game. There are only about 10 buttons you press regularly. I did set up my girlfriend with this build when introducing her to the game. Letting her do the damage while I stayed back to heal/support allowed her to experience the quests while contributing despite being new to the game, and she seemed to enjoy it. Update: Took Epic and Legendary Spell Focus for higher levels (Thank Strimtom!)

FullCompPDK Requires Lesser heart +0 to swap Fighter to Dragonlord. Interesting build as it can tank Lower R raids fine, and R10s. But still ahs decent DPS. Its made to be an off tank, shutoff stalwart defense stance to get -100 Threat gen, turn it on and use Intimidate for 450% threat gen on good DPS when tanking. Only takes one shield throw for aggro reset, on one enemy, so intim if your grabbing whole group. Shield throw is for red names/bosses and grabbing 2ndary enemies if tank needs support.

All Dragon fun with mostly heavy pick

28pt32pt

6

14

Intro: This build is all about that new heavy pick Oblivium Mattock from the quest The Price of an Egg in the Terror of Demogorgon expantion. This build was a not suppose to be too serious... But with its Strength base to take advantage of the Master of Forms Fire stance crit on a 19-20 +1 crit multi going the build is going to a wooping 19-20 x10 crit multi in endgame! The build has some spellcasting but its gonna be hard to get the DC's up so its not the main source of damage but rather there for debuffs and later the 25% chance to paralyze with no save from Draconic Incarnation: Daunting Roar. Class spilt: You can go for 15DD 5DL instead for 5% move movement speed and an additional spell, but you lose the following: +1 Imbue Dice, +5 Melee and Ranged Power, +3 to Critical Confirmation and Critical Hit Damage. The bonus of each of your Draconic Auras is increased by 1. and 1 feat, in this case Offhand versitality. Skills: Balance for Single Weapon fighting and recovery from being tripped. Concentration for ki pool and ki regen. Jump for ease of vertical movement. Spellcraft for additional spell power Tumble for fun. UMD for scrolls. Spells: The spell list below is just nice picks, but Gust of Wind is a utility pick for niche spell effect clear, like fog, cloud kill, ottos danceing sphere etc. etc. Additional info: Race is optional but if you have enough additional racial points you could aim of the Durergar's weapon training IV(Pick and hammer training) for the additional crit threat range to make the the crits come more often, the additional 5%Quailty bonus to maximum hitpoints from child of the mountin and Forgemaster so your weapon dont take damage and counts and a spell casting implement. Allignment must be any lawful in order to take the Dragon Disciple levels. The racial and universal tomes are nice to have, but if you dont have them remove the points from the racial tree and vistani tree accordingly.

Endgame DC Arcane Trickster

36pt

20

This build is optimized for endgame caster play that doesn't suck. This is not a build for new players, inexperienced players, or players who do not run endgame. This is not a leveling build. This build is optimized for endgame r10 speedruns and mid reaper raids. Also, a couple of things in the build are incorrect, and I will provide the information pulled from the game. With that out of the way, let's get into the right up Hey all, trying out this website with my current arcane trickster build. I'm still not done testing it, but it performs exceptionally well for what I want it to do. So far, the only achievement is a "completed" R3 Strahd duo (found here: https://youtu.be/Wiq2fVw74fI ), but I have more duo raids planned. The build has been tested under nearly all endgame raids on R1+, and the DCs and damage work very well. This build works because you can either be your group's DC caster, DPS, or CC. The choice is yours. You easily have enough DCs for modern endgame thanks to magic item crafting level 36. Another advantage of ATR is that you have 2 instakills that work on any enemy (frog and presto). This means you can still be useful in raids that normal DC casting doesn't work in, like relentless. BoGW also works on all corporeal enemies, which is a lot of potential victims for you to freeze. Reapers are the only pain point for CC, but I just use Mage Hand slap on reapers and blow up the rest. Explanation of some build choices: I took piercing cold because frost lance is part of my rotation, and some raid bosses are immune to cold. You have good spellpower in cold and force, so you can do decent damage on all your spells. I build ranged power so that the mechanic SLAs do a little bit of damage. They are more for CC T5 SD is for weird, and the epic moment makes you disappear and invisible so you can run away from raid bosses or lose trash in mid reaper raids The reason for going with mechanic instead of FDI is the gearing of Acrida and Toven's Prototype, which allows for much higher DCs, as well as a lot more SA dice The reason for Dhampir Dark Bargainer is it gives the most DCs out of any race, 3 SA dice, and 10 spell pen. If you don't want to use the +1 heart, regular dhampir is the next best choice According to math, Shiradi mantle with 14 imbue dice is ~10% more DPS than draconic, hence Shiradi Macrotech is for rune arm proficiency, defense, and spell cost reduction For healing, you use the dhampir bite and helping hand. In-Game stats and missing stuff On the Cannith crafted ring, put on the new Illusionary duel effect prefix, Impulse, and Insightful Impulse. The builder file is missing the prefix and extra slots DCs are all follows in Reaper with intelligence pots and no Reaper rings: Weird - 142 PK - 136 BoGW - 131 Disable Device Stuff - 160+ Major Masterworks curse is recommended on trinket Major Betrayal curse is recommended on the cannith crafted ring Spellpowers In reaper without temp buffs (lgs sigil, wellspring, etc): Cold: 1150+, Force: 1250+ other spell stuff is correct in the build file. thats it for me. questions? comments? reach out to me on discord, youtube, or the forums. Support Blaster Arcane Trickster

28pt32pt

20

WARNING: This build is incredibly lacking in power until level 8. You will probably need group assistance or hirelings. This is a Magic Missile spamming Arcane Trickster, plain and simple. It has access to group CC using Greater Shout stolen spell, spot Crowd Control with Slap and Presto for fun. The race you choose doesn't matter too much. I've only picked Gnome because it offers Int as a bonus starting stat if you don't have any AP to spend in the racial tree. With more points to spend I would recommend using Dhampir or Eladrin. If you think any part of this build would be better if it were different, I encourage you to try it out. Everyone has different preferred playstyles and build preferences that will affect the optimal path for them to play.

Tiefling Scoundrel: Sonic Savant

36pt

20

I wanted to play a sonic caster sorc and have been having a hoot with this. I can get the sonic power higher with filigrees, but I can't figure em out in the builder :P This requires a +1 lesser heart of wood to play pure 20 sorc. Because of the racial tree choices your fire SP is the same as the sonic. Don't sleep on the Fiendish Arpeggio racial SLA. It is handy for CC and does lots of dmg. The sonic really doesn't shine as much until the Fatesinger tree becomes available. I'd probably play an Ice sorc until 20 tbh. I'd welcome any thoughts to get more sonic power than I currently have (724 sonic SP on my pc, The crafted stats not displaying correctly). I don't have everything filled out - this is a rough sketch that I'd like to improve :)

Build i used to get aasimar scourge past lives. If i was playing a 1-30, i would change the 5x ranger to 5x dark hunter for better sneak dice. No idea if Tempest is the best choice in this build, but i wanted to try it. Also blight caster hive keeper form is surprisingly useful. Leveling with TWF is not that great, but you do grab cleave and rapid attack from vistani so its not that bad + movement speed from barb is nice. No need to grab the int trance until heroic cap. You dont have any real way to heal until epics so watch out for that. Missing feats in epics is where you would take strength of arms and legendary strength of arms

Eladrin's optional, Artificerx4, Favored Soulx16 Inq build for P2P first lifers.Final-not-final-2

28pt32pt

4

16

Intro: This is a build is flexible and I use it to run with friends when they TR if they are in need of a little support, the build also works as solo but excels when playing with groups. Skills: The skills might need a rework so prio disable device. open lock, search. Then atleast 1 full rank in tumble (so you can trigger Trick Shot the epic feat later), Spot can be weak but with an eager monk or barbarian to trigger traps you can search after they have done their thing lol. your last skill will be diplomacy. I wish I had more skill points but thats the life of a none int based trapper, The jump issue can be "solved" by using jump pots from the market and strength augments/gear dosnt hurt, you will have to do the "Maze of madness" quest in giant hold as intended due since getting enough jump in here will be tough or let the rest of the party do it without you :( Class and class split options: You can take one less arty level for the FVS dash. Also remember if you change the slipt to make sure you have more FVS levels and any other class for the Grace of battle(Charisma to hit and damage) feat to work. Spells: If you are Vip and got the spell switch buff go for what you think you will need at any given level. If not then focus on buff and healing spells, you wont have the dc's for offensive spells. I took Find Traps instead of lesser restoration since you can get that one as pots cheap and Find traps is supposingly useful with its half of FVS level to search(+8 at level 20) for your first life even until you get good skill tomes. Additional info: Race optional. Chaotic Neutral is mandatory for this build, for Harbinger of Chaos feat and to late less damage from the more frequently cast hostile alignment spells. Enhancement talk: If you can go for the AoE shot go for them asap. Shoot Later and Shatter Defences(ranged version) makes groups of mobs way more manageable. After you got the AoE go for Divine Inquisitionin the inquisitive tree so you can get the favored weapon bonuses. Then go for Close Wounds sla in Becon of hope for a dirt cheap healing spell thats casts almost instantly, even if the heal amount is low, it almost dont have a cooldown and can be the diffrence between an alive or dead player in hectic encounters. If you dont have the universal AP tomes you can save point by removing "Spell Critical Chance I" in becon of hope tree, then "Resilience of Battle" and "Righteous Weapons I" from the War soul tree. The racial tree is optional in this build.

Max Damage Eldritch Blast Warlock for endgame

36pt

20

Good morning everybody. This build here is designed to take advantage of every major bonus added to warlocks over the years, including new affixes on gear, buffed warlock base damage, and the sun and moon augment system to get even more damage. The main question you might be wondering is: If I have every bonus and every effect that can maximize blaster damage, can I finally be meta with a warlock blaster? No, the answer is no. But it is better than I thought it would be! Overall this build manages a 30k-40k dps depending on a few factors, but overall the damage is a lot better than I would have thought for a ranged spell blaster who doesn't use spellpoints. This build is fairly self explanatory, as you simply blast monsters, swapping between cone for AoE and enervating shadow for single target. Against bigger targets you want to use stricken/consume for debuffs, and you use turn undead to apply a debuff to raid bosses. Other than that, you blast away, sometimes throwing in Arcane tempest if it is off cooldown or the dread mist spell (which does surprising damage) This build technically doesn't require racial completionist, or really any completionist, As you really only need the class tree, and maybe enough points to turn undead because it is a pretty big bonus for this build. However, it is mandatory to have all of the epic destiny points, so I wouldn't recommend playing this without at least 79 destiny points. The items will need to be updated for the future as the new expansion should bring some major gear, but this gear list is plenty strong to tackle the new content on R10. In a group of course, this is not a solo R10 build. It's still a squishy caster and your burst damage is non-existant due to lack of damaging SLA's or Ruin/Greater Ruin. If you want to see it in action, click here
