Art 12 for expanded clip, DL 8 cuz i dont enjoy rogue since i mostly play solo and the second aura with some enhancments give a decent amount of dmg, also wanted to keep the build simple
Unique Requirements
Tomes: STR 8, DEX 8, CON 8, INT 8, WIS 8, CHA 8
Racial AP: 3
Universal AP: 3
Extra Destiny Points: 1
Other: The build itself inst a first lifer but you can 100% run it as so, just drop some Cons, Str, the enhancements i mentioned below and make sure you have 13 dex if you chose another race.
Start with at least artifer 6 for int on dmg spell, other than that you can take levels as you'd like i think
Enhancments are focused on pure dmg, if you're running higher skull content best to change the build a little, maybe pick stalwart defense
If you dont have as much enhancement points from tome and past lives as me, drop the eladrin bonuses to hit and bouns int. i Say that because all the other end points are extra doubleshot or hit/dmg, aisde from 10% movement speed in Battle engineer
I Would recommend running thundershock weapon imbue during heroics due the lack of ranged power outside archer focus, and respecing out of it once you have some Ranged power, since you can grab some ez eletric spellpower during lvling
Start be going either for T3 inquisitive Shot first, or Battle Engineer T3 shatter defenses so you have at least 1 aoe shot. After that i would follow up with Harper for int on atk because you should have the spell for int on dmg before beeing able to take it of harper. You can follow this by going for the second Aoe shot you didnt take. Make sure to fill art until 12 for cores and crit range. Going for trance on harper or Aura buffs on Dragonlord imo depends on how early you picked dragonlord, if you follow this level split with DL at the end i would go for trance first, since the dmg aura would only be picked at level 20, but if you go for DL after arti 6, grab DL aura buffs, atk and doubleshot and leave the trance for later, trance wont do much for you on heroics anyways. The last thing you should pick for sure is Vistani for the doubleshot. You can even drop vistani for Int stats over another trees if you dont feel like running vistani or dont own the tree.

Other Notes
You dont need any specific Repeater, Runearm or item to play this, use whatever you got. The listed items are there just so the builder add numbers correctly
If you're running groups and not taking the healing from sentinel on epics you can change feats around and pick something other than quicken. Maybe extend. Maybe Thrown weapon focus for more Ranged AP, or delaying rapid shot for lvl 8 and grabbing a more generic feat on 3, your call.
