Description
Could also go Chaos domain instead, but some monsters like Slaad take no damage from chaos, thus the advantage of Order's Wrath. I know some people prefer getting the Holy Smite SLA, but there's no cleric domain that gets an additional Holy Smite SLA, just Chaos and Law.
The advantage of playing Morning Lord means you skip over the early levels where you don't have Magical Ambush.

Enhancements
Divine Disciple - 36 points: Make sure to pick up Order's Wrath as as SLA and Balance of Power so that it affects all enemies, and Acceptance to increase the power of your non-Light/Alignment spells. There's no point in getting Bring Balance because this character will not be getting level 7 spells.
Feydark Illusionist - 13 points: For the Greater Color Spray SLA and Shadowblade SLA. Usually get Twist Reality so Shadowblade and Shadowdancer's Nightmare Lance hit more reliably. It's also helpful to pick up You've Got My Back since you'll be getting the Shield spell from Arcane Trickster
Arcane Trickster - 23 points for Sharp Magic and Slippery Magic, Stolen Spells: Magic Missile and either Chain Missile/Sound Burst
Epic Destinies
Shadowdancer: Nightmare Lance and Paranoia will grant more damage to all your offensive spells
Primal Avatar: I know a lot of Arcane Tricksters swear by Shiradi Champion's mantle, but I prefer the infinite mana of Evergreen. Plus their Tier 5 Primal Ally is a very useful distraction. Plop it down in the middle of a group of enemies and then hit them with Order's Wrath x3 (two SLAs plus the spell).
Skills
Put points into Spellcraft, Spot, Search, and Disable Device primarily; Open Lock and Heal secondary. At least 1 point into UMD and Tumble. Balance is nice if you have any spare points.

Arcane Trickster spells:
1st level: Shield, Magic Missile
2nd level: Scorching Ray
Gear
Resurrect scrolls, since you won't be getting level 7 spells, but you should be fine using them as scrolls
Jump scrolls, Invisibility scrolls
Other Notes
I've only gotten to level 30 with this build, so I don't have a 3rd Epic Destiny tree picked out.

Not an uploading error, a bug on the website itself. I clicked edit and it states the levels are Cleric, not AotS. I guess I'll message the site owner and see if they can fix it.
The Dev fixed it.
Not sure if there was an uploading error, but the build says and references being 12 cleric/8 ArcTr, but the build path is saying AotS instead of cleric.
